My intent for this blog is to share my experiences living with MS and offer healthy habits and lifestyle ideas to help manage symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis.

I understand the feeling of devastation a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis can bring. I know the impact it has on not only you but also on the people who love you. I know what it’s like to have your body betray you, your mind to play tricks on you, and for the ground to feel as though it’s quite literally, moving beneath your feet. Dealing with invisible symptoms that other people don’t understand is frustrating. Trying to navigate all the health advice out there for MS can be both overwhelming and defeating. My hope is that this blog can offer support and help you navigate your path to wellness, whatever that may look like for you.
